Why did you choose UW-Eau Claire?
"I chose Eau Claire because it was a good fit for me athletically, academically, and financially."
Are you involved with other clubs/organizations in campus?
"I am involved with undergraduate research."
How do you balance being a student-athlete?
"I learned some great time management skills through sports and school, therefore I balance being a student-athlete by prioritizing my time. Between practice, lift, and traveling we are always busy, so I bring work on the bus with me and use our travel time as built in study sessions. I also have always had great support from my family, friends, and teammates who have all made my experience so meaningful."
What moment in your athletic career at UW-Eau Claire are you most proud of?
"I have had a lot of great moments as an athlete at UWEC, but I am probably most proud of the fact that I never give up which has led to many wins for me after losing the first set by a lot. Last fall, I won almost all my matches in third set tie-breaks, and I am always proud of pulling off a win after starting down."
What is your favorite pre/post competition snack?
"Yogurt/fruit is my pre competition fuel and Culvers (with custard of course) is the best post-match meal!"
Do you have any unique/hidden talents?
"I love to crochet!"
What is your dream job?
I want to do economics research!"
If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go?
"I have always wanted to see the Four Corners and Grand Canyon, but internationally I would want to travel to the Netherlands."
If you could spend the day with one professional athlete/celebrity, who would it be?
"Probably Roger Federer"
What advice do you have for current/incoming Blugold student-athletes?
"Competition is fun and school is important, but if you don't take time for yourself you will burn out, so be kind to yourself and make sure you take breaks from your sport/school to do fun things!"

She brightens up the team atmosphere and is always cheering for us on and off the court. Morgan is an amazing teammate because she makes everyone feel valued and is motivating. Morgan always asks everyone how they are doing or how their day was. You can always go to her for advice or when feeling down because she never fails to help or make you laugh. She is always fun to be around and it would not be the same without her on the team!"
