ONALASKA, Wis. — The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire secured a third-place finish at the UWL Spring Invite with a team score of 340 (+52) at the GC at Cedar Creek.
Tally Schlindwein led the team, finishing first individually with a standout round of 75 (+3).

Emily Utter contributed significantly, tying for 16th and finishing 20th with scores of 87 (+15) and 88 (+16), respectively.
Elizabeth Hermann rounded out the top performers for the first team with a score of 90 (+18), placing her in a tie for 23rd.
UW-Eau Claire's second team finished sixth with a score of 368, 80 over par.
Riane Hayden and
Bri Novak both shot 91 (+19), tying for 27th place.
Lainey Eddicus and
Gillian Johnson each carded a 92 (+20), tying for 30th.
Claire Stoffel completed the team's efforts with a round of 94 (+22), finishing 35th.
Bailey Eddicus ended the round in a tie for 37th with a 99 (+27).
The Blugolds will have one final meet of the season on Sunday, May 3 when they travel to Menomonie, Wis. for the UW-Stout Spring Invite at Tanglewood Golf Course. Tee times are scheduled for 11 a.m.
