EAU CLAIRE, Wis. – UW-Eau Claire Athletics has announced Lexi Meade as the new head women's golf coach for the 2026-27 academic year.

A 2023 graduate of UW-Eau Claire, Meade earned her bachelor's degree while graduating summa cum laude. She also enjoyed an outstanding career as a member of the Blugold women's golf program, earning Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) Player of the Year honors twice and capturing the 2022 WIAC individual tournament championship.

Following her career at UW-Eau Claire, Meade continued her collegiate playing career at UW-Green Bay. She concluded her career with a top-10 finish at the 2025 Horizon League Championship.

Meade also earned a Master of Science degree in Sport & Performance Psychology from UW-Green Bay in 2025.

Meade begins her first season leading the Blugold women's golf program in 2026-27.
