FARMINGTON, Mo. — The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire women's golf team finished 15th at the 2026 WashU Spring Invite, held at Crown Pointe Golf Club, with a team total of 707 (+131). Lilly Kaminski led the Blugolds, tying for 33rd place individually with a final score of 163 (+19).

UWEC completed the WashU Spring Invite in 15th place with a final score of 707 (+131) over two rounds. Kaminski led the team, tying for 33rd place overall, with a total score of 163 (+19). Kaminski posted a 6-over-par 78 in the first round but faced challenges in the second round, finishing with an 85 (+13). Elizabeth Hermann and Bri Novak followed, with Hermann scoring 178 (+34) and Novak close behind at 179 (+35), displaying slight improvements in their second rounds.

Gillian Johnson and Emily Utter rounded out the team scores for the Blugolds, finishing with scores of 187 (+43) and 191 (+47), respectively. Johnson's consistent rounds of 92 and 95 contributed to her final position at 77th. Meanwhile, Utter's second-round struggles resulted in a 99 (+27). Competing individually, Riane Hayden concluded the event with a total of 193 (+49), finishing in 79th place.

Kaminski stood out for the team, tying for 33rd place with a total score of 163 (+19). She posted a 78 (+6) in the first round before finishing with an 85 (+13) in the second. Hermann followed, securing 71st place. She improved in the second round, carding an 88 (+16) after an opening round of 90 (+18), totaling 178 (+34). Novak closely trailed Hermann, finishing 72nd with a score of 179 (+35). Novak's performance included a 92 (+20) on the first day and an 87 (+15) in the second round.

The Blugolds will be back in action on Saturday, April 11 when they travel to Hastings, Minn. for the Gustie Spring Invite, hosted by Gustavus Adolphus College at Emerald Greens Golf Club.
