Amtmann Earns All-America Honorable Mention

BOULDER CITY, Nev. (blugolds.com) - The NCAA Division III PING All-America teams have been announced by the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA). Among the 47 players earning honors, UW-Eau Claire's Nick Amtmann (Jr. - Nashotah, Wis./Arrowhead) was named to the All-America Honorable Mentions team with his play in 2024.

This is Nick Amtmann's first time receiving an All-America award. Amtmann's junior season was one for the ages as Amtmann recorded four top-5 finishes and ended the season with individual overall wins at the WIAC Championship and the Bethel University Spring Quad. During the final two rounds of the season, Amtmann tied the school record for lowest score during the WIAC Championships with a round of 66 and then broke the record at the Bethel Quad with a 18-hole score of 63. Finishing the year regionally ranked 3rd overall, Amtamnn averaged 72.9 strokes per round and held an individual record of 689-188-25.
