MADISON, Wis. (blugolds.com) - The Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference has announced the Kwik Trip Athletes of the Week for the week of Oct. 14 - Oct. 20. The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire's Andrew Phillips (Libertyville, Ill./Libertyville) was named men's soccer offensive athlete of the week by anonymous vote of WIAC head coaches.

Phillips had a career day in a 7-1 victory over UW-Stout on Oct. 18. He scored his first career hat trick, delivering three goals in the win over the Blue Devils. Phillips scored his first career goal less than two minutes before halftime, and then polished off a hat trick with goals in the 51st and 54th minutes.
