LA CROSSE, Wis. (www.blugolds.com) — The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire women's track & field team concluded their 2026 season on Saturday as they wrapped up the 2026 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field championships in La Crosse. The Blugolds added four podium placements to their team total to finish the meet tied for seventh place with 25 points. UW-La Crosse was the top team on the women's side with 53 points.
Kayla Behnke earned her tenth career podium placement between the Indoor and Outdoor championships with her highest placement in the hammer throw at the meet. Behnke's second throw of the day landed at 56.60 meters and would hold through four more rounds to earn herself a forth place finish and her tenth career All-America honor as a Blugold.
Bella Hooker made history for the second consecutive day as she built off Friday's historic 1500 meter race time. Hooker beat her own school record in the finals with a final time of 4:21.58 and now holds the two fastest times in program history. Bella's record breaking time earned her a fourth place finish on the podium and her first All-America honor.
Rounding out the individual podium placements on the day was
Mya Cinnamo in the 400 meter hurdles. Cinnamo placed sixth overall with a final time of 1:01.69 to earn her first All-America honor as an individual and her fifth overall with four honors in the 4x400 relay.
The 4x400 relay was the final event for the Blugolds of the weekend. The team of

Kylee Grabarski,
Mya Cinnamo, and
McKenzie Kruse placed 8th overall with a final time of 3:46.13 to earn Eau Claire one point to their team score and earning the squad of four All-America honors.
Other UWEC athletes in action included
Kendall Thurston finishing ninth in the hammer throw,
Laura Bertrang placing 17th in the javelin, and
Anna Thaler earning 17th in the triple jump.
The Blugolds conclude their season with their second consecutive top-10 performance at Outdoors and ten All-American performances.
