PITTSBURGH, Pa. - The Women's Collegiate Gymnastics Association (WCGA) has announced 2024-25 Scholastic All-America recipients. Of the 144 Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) athletes named Scholar All-Americans, the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire saw fifteen student athletes receive the honor for their hard work in the classroom.

Amy Fridley (So. - Dickinson, N.D.),
Hareet Gehlon (Fr. - Brampton, Ontario),
Grace Gerster (Fr. - Hamption, Minn.),
Rachel Hettiarachchy (Jr. - Blaine, Minn.),
Emily Leese (So. - Overland Park, Kan.),
Anna Preussner (So. - Johnsburg, Ill.),
Hanna Riha (Fr. - Omaha, Neb.),

In order to earn the distinction, student-athletes must maintain an overall grade point average of 3.50 or higher for the 2024-25 academic year.
The Blugolds also secured a spot in the Team Academic Rankings, which include all NCAA Division I, II, and III programs. UW-Eau Claire ranked 61
st across all divisions with a cummualtive average of 3.5887.
