KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire men's basketball team earned 2024-25 NABC Team Academic Excellence honors from the National Association of Basketball Coaches on Thursday. The Blugolds also had several individuals named to the NABC Honors Court.

The NABC Team Academic Excellence Awards recognize programs that completed the 2024-25 academic year with a team GPA of 3.0 or higher. The NABC Honors Court, meanwhile, includes junior, senior and graduate student men's basketball players who finished the 2024-25 year with a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher.

Individually, Michael Casper (Sr. - Merrill, Wis.), Cade Hall (Sr. - Mauston, Wis.), Logan Ketterhagen (Sr. - Cedar Grove, Wis./Cedar Grove-Belgium), Caiden Lecce (Jr. - Kenosha, Wis./St. Joseph Catholic), Carter Lichtsinn (Jr. - Olathe, Kan./Olathe West) and Andre Renta (Jr. - Hudson, Wis.) were all named to the Honors Court.
