EAU CLAIRE, Wis. – Five University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire student-athletes received UW-Eau Claire's Senior Scholar-Athlete award for the 2024-25 season.
The award is given annually to the Blugolds' senior student-athletes with the highest grade-point average. This year, three student-athletes tied for the women's award while two tied for the men's.
With matching 4.0 GPAs,
Ellie Andersen (Sr. – Fergus Falls, Minn.) of the women's hockey team and
Téa Armstrong (Sr. – Blue Earth, Minn.) and
Morgan Dekan (Sr. – Altoona, Wis.) of the women's tennis team were named UW-Eau Claire's women's Senior Scholar-Athletes.
Harry Roubidoux (Sr. – Winneconne, Wis.) of the football team and
Ethan Wurtzel (Sr. – Menomonie, Wis.) of the men's tennis team both posted 3.95 GPAs to be named men's Senior Scholar-Athletes.
