EAU CLAIRE, Wis. — The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire currently sits in 19th place in the 2025-26 Learfield Directors' Cup standings, after the 2025 fall sport seasons.
The Learfield Directors' Cup was developed as a joint effort between the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA) and USA Today. Points are awarded based on each institution's finish in NCAA Championships. The competition highlights consistent success across an entire athletic department.

The volleyball team's quarterfinal finish garnered 73 points toward the Directors' Cup standings. The men's soccer team's trip to the round of 32 earned them 50 points. The women's cross country team's 20th place at the national meet gave them 54 points. The men's cross country team recorded 47 points after their 27th place nationally.
The Blugolds were the second highest Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference school in the rankings, ahead of UW-Whitewater at 33rd and behind UW-La Crosse at 9th overall.
