MADISON, Wis. – The Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) announced its 2025 men's tennis awards Wednesday, and three Blugolds were recognized for their efforts this season.

Ethan Wurtzel (Sr. – Menomonie, Wis.) was named first team All-WIAC in singles (West Division) after a standout season that included being selected as the WIAC Kwik Trip Singles Athlete of the Week twice. He was also recognized on the All-WIAC first team for doubles (West Division) alongside partner Juan Gallego (So. - Madison, Wis./Memorial). The pair was recognized as WIAC Kwik Trip Doubles Team of the Week twice during the 2025 season.

In addition, Otto Schluter (Sr. – Henfield, England) was named to the WIAC All-Sportsmanship Team, which honors one player from each team who represents the values of sportsmanship and integrity throughout the season.
