MADISON, Wis. (blugolds.com) - The Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference has announced the Kwik Trip Athletes of the Week for the week of April. 21- 27. The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire's Teagan Jones (Sr. - Lake Zurich, Ill./Lake Zurich) was named women's field athlete of the week by anonymous vote of WIAC head coaches.

Jones placed eighth in the elite hammer throw event at the prestigious Drake Relays on April 26. Her throw of 189-4 (57.71m) is the best in the WIAC this season and ranks third in NCAA Division III.
