Colfax, Wis. - The UW-Eau Claire men's cross country team finished the NCAA Regional Championships placing 6th out of 31 teams with 173 total points. The team finished one runner in the top 10 and four runner in the top 50. 

The Blugolds were led in front by Jack Hesse-Withbroe, finishing 10th overall at a time of 24:56.4. Following him was Ian Barnes who finished 30th (25:37.4) and Andrew Thaler finishing 34th (25:40.2). Gavin Stewart (48th) and Cooper Feltz (51st) rounded out the Blugolds' top five, with Jack Nelson (78th) and Troy Verstrate (135th) finishing the day for the team.
