EAU CLAIRE, Wis. — The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire's Carter Huschka (Sr. - Farmington, Minn.) was named to the D3hoops.com Team of the Week for December 16-January 5. The forward starred in a pair of games for the Blugolds in that span.

Huschka averaged a double-double across two games last week for the Blugolds, tallying 21.5 points per game and 10 rebounds per game. He also averaged 3.5 assists, 2.5 steals and 2.5 blocks per contest. The senior scored 18 points, grabbed seven rebounds, nabbed three steals and made a pair of blocks in a 76-73 victory over Carleton College (Minn.) on December 30. He followed with 25 points, 13 rebounds, five assists, three blocks and two steals in a WIAC-opening game at UW-La Crosse on January 4. He shot 63% from the field across the two contests and was on the floor for 76 of a possible 80 minutes of action.

This is the second time Huschka has landed on the D3hoops.com Team of the Week. He also received the honor during the final week of the 2023-24 regular season.
