Eau Claire, Wis. (blugolds.com) - The University of Wisconsin Eau Claire men's and women's track & field teams opened their 2023 season at home for their annual Alumni Open. This was the first Alumni open since 2020, due to COVID-19 causing cancellations in years past. While not a meet that counts towards qualifying marks for the Conference or National meet, there were still several impressive performances, including Hannah Zastrow's (Jr. - Spencer, WI/Spencer) facility record in the 55m hurdles with a time of 8.25 seconds.
