Personal
Why did you choose UW-Eau Claire?
"I chose Eau Claire because of the people here, I feel in love with the fact that I was always seen as a person before I was seen as an athlete. I am respected and cared for in my life journey along with my love for my sports. A bonus was the campus and how beautiful it is!"
Why do you choose to play Division III?
"I chose to play division 3 because I get the opportunity to do everything I love. I am able to do nursing along with continuing my love for both volleyball and track. This is something I do have to work for but because I chose division 3 it is all possible with the people who surround me and push me and help me to do my best in all aspects."
Who is your role model/mentor?
"My role models in life are my mom and dad. They are both the strongest people I know and grew up very different from eachother but both bring such an amazing view on life. My mom pushes me to always be the one to make people smile and feel loved no matter what. My dad pushed me to work hard even if things aren’t going my way or seem too hard. They both teach me the importance of support and love, which they have shown me from day one no matter what. I could not imagine life with better role models because these two would drop anything to help, push, and love me in any journey of life."
