MADISON, Wis. - The Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) has announced the Kwik Trip Athletes of the Week for the week of March 30 - April 5. The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire women's track and field's Kayla Behnke has been named the Women's Field Athlete of the Week by anonymous vote of WIAC head coaches and Sports Information Directors.

Behnke took the top spot in the discus with a throw of 148-9 (45.33m) that ranks first in the WIAC and seventh in NCAA Division III. During the hammer throw, Behnke reached 165-10 (50.55m) to place third during the meet with her mark that sits second furthest in the WIAC and No. 18 in NCAA Division III.
