La Crosse, Wis. — The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire achieved a total score of 188.500 placing 2nd of 3 teams, highlighted by Linnea Vasali's 9.800 on the balance beam in a multi-team meet at UW-La Crosse.
The Blugolds' strongest event was on the balance beam at 48.050. The beam was led by Vasali top score as well as Megan Dahlin's 9.700 and Harriet Gehlon's 9.575. The team also saw strong scores from Grace Gerster at 9.525 and Josie Armos at 9.450.
The Blugolds posted a 45.750 on the uneven bars, led by Kinley Rose's 9.700. Ella Montgomery was right behind Rose with a score of 9.675. Following them was Linnea Vasali and her 9.025, Cadence Cordova's 8.975, and Ava Obermoller's 8.375.
On the vault, the Blugolds scores 46.975. Obermoller led the way scoring 9.475, closely followed by Gerster's 9.450. Both Abigail berens and Anna Pressner scored 9.375 and Haley Zampella scored a 9.300
The Blugolds' second best event was the floor scoring 47.725. Emily Leese's 9.700 led the way for the team on the event. Anna Preussner was close behind scoring 9.675. Hanna Riha scored well with a 9.525, as well as Sky Skipper's 9.500. Things were rounded off by Kamryn Andrade's 9.325
