EAU CLAIRE, Wis. – The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire men's track and field team's
Adam Strouf (Sr. – Rice Lake, Wis.) earned first team Academic All-America honors from College Sports Communicators for 2025. CSC announced its Academic All-America Teams Wednesday.
Strouf is the Blugold men's first Academic All-America first team selection since 2012. The senior won a pair of national titles in indoor and outdoor shot put this season and ranks in the top four on UWEC's all-time list in both events. He won a pair of WIAC titles in the event this season and was a USTFCCCA National Athlete of the Week.
In the classroom, Strouf posted a cumulative 3.86 grade-point average. He majored in mathematics, statistics and applied mathematics.
Strouf is the Blugold men's track and field team's fourth different Academic All-American in the last seven seasons.
