MADISON, Wis. — The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire women's basketball team had two players receive honorable mentions on the 2024-25 All-Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) team. The Blugolds'
Lauren Meudt (Jr. – Waunakee, Wis.) and
Kyla Overskei (Jr. – Maple Grove, Minn.) were both recognized when the teams were announced Wednesday.
Meudt, a guard, ranked third on the team with 9.2 points per game this season. She also averaged 4.3 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 1.9 steals per contest. She ranked fifth in the WIAC in steals per game. That helped her land on the WIAC All-Defensive Team in addition to earning honorable mention all-conference status.
Overskei, a guard, was the Blugolds' leading scorer and rebounder this season with 14.8 points and 7.0 rebounds per game. She also averaged 1.9 assists per contest. Overskei ranked sixth on the WIAC scoring chart this season and fifth in rebounding.
Anna Koth (Sr. – Maple Grove, Minn./Wayzata) represented the Blugolds on the WIAC All-Sportsmanship Team. She played in all 25 of the team's games and made 16 starts.
