MENOMONIE, Wis. — The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire men's and women's track and field teams competed at the UW-Stout Quad on Friday. The Blugolds produced several event winners in both the men's and women's meets and set multiple meet records.

The Blugold women tied or broke meet five meet records: Hope Schueller (So. - St. Cloud, Minn./Cathedral) in the 60-meter dash, Emilee Booker (Sr. - Genoa City, Wis./Badger) in the long jump and 400-meter dash, Allyson Kakes (So. - Two Rivers, Wis.) in the 200-meter dash and Kayla Behnke (Sr. - Appleton, Wis./Kimberly) in the weight throw.

No team scores were kept at the quad.

  • Bella Hooker - mile run (5:10.84)
  • Hope Schueller - 60-meter dash (7.82 seconds - meet record)
  • Emilee Booker - 400-meter (58.77 seconds - tied meet record), long jump (5.42 meters - meet record)
  • Allyson Kakes - 200-meter dash (25.62 seconds- meet record)
  • Laura Bertrang - high jump (1.64 meters)
  • Kayla Behnke - weight throw (18.81 meters - meet record)
