Eau Claire, Wis. - The UW-Eau Claire men's cross country team finished the Blugold Invitational in the top ten placing 8th out of 34 teams with 205 total points. The team finished  one individual in the top 10, and three in the top 50.

Jack Hesse-Withbroe led the Blugolds with a 7th-place overall finish, running 24:53.0. following him was Troy Verstrate finishing at 25:56.1 (39th). Andrew Thaler 26:02.5 (46th), Ian Barnes 26:25.1 (59th), and Cooper Feltz 26:29.9 (78th) rounded out the Blugolds' top five.
