WHEATON, Ill. (blugolds.com) — The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire men's tennis team dropped a dual to Wheaton College 7-2 on Saturday. The Blugolds won once in singles and once in doubles.
Hunter Roseth (Jr. - Lakeville, Minn./South) and
Ethan Wurtzel (Sr. - Menomonie, Wis.) picked up a victory at No. 1 doubles. The two won 8-6 in the top-flight match.
Andrew Mueller (Jr. - Eau Claire, Wis./Memorial) won the No. 6 singles match 3-6, 6-0, 10-8 for the Blugolds.
UW-Eau Claire is next in action on Friday, April 26, with a visit to the College of St. Scholastica. Match time is 1 p.m.
