ORLANDO, Fla. (blugolds.com) — The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire men's tennis team dropped a pair of duals on Day 2 of their Florida trip on Monday. The Blugolds fell to Oglethorpe 8-1 and Hobart 9-0.

Pablo Rincón (Fr. - Bogotá, Colombia) picked up the Blugolds only match win of the day. He won 7-6, 6-4 at No. 3 singles against Oglethorpe. All the other matches of the day except one ended in straight sets. Hunter Roseth (Jr. - Lakeville, Minn./South) fell in a narrow 6-1, 4-6, 12-10 match at No. 1 singles against Hobart.

The Blugolds will look to bounce back when they visit Embry-Riddle University on Tuesday, March 19. Scheduled start time is 2:30 p.m. Eastern.
