Roubidoux was an All-Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference honorable mention in 2024 after throwing for 18 touchdowns and 2,549 yards.
"The new quarterback will bring new energy and creativity to the team," Butchers GM Markku Vuoksenturja said in the team's signing announcement (translated from Finnish). "Harry is a really important part of the team's future success."
The Vaahteraliiga season runs during the summer.
