RACINE, Wis. (blugolds.com)-- The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire men's tennis team traveled to Carthage College for a dual match against the Firebirds. The Blugolds suffered their first loss of the spring to Carthage 3-6. 

Results

The Blugolds found success in the three singles match, RJ Griffiths (Jr.-Rogers, MN) defeated Myles Krzewinski (CAR) 1-6, 6-4, 6-4. Jared Lawatsch (Fr.-Neenah, WI) secured another win in six singles handling Luca Okino (CAR) 7-5, 6-1. Eau Claire took the win in one doubles with Kole Kolinski (Sr.-Kewaunee) and Hunter Roseth (Sr.-Lakeville, MN) posting a score of 8-3. 

The Blugolds will take on Grinnell on Saturday, March 11th at the Rochester Connection Tennis Club in Rochester, Minnesota at 3:30 pm.
