Eau Claire, Wis. (Blugolds.com) – The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire women's tennis team went on the road to UW- Stevens Point and UW- Oshkosh Friday and Saturday for two conference match ups.  The Blugolds went undefeated on the weekend, beating UWSP 9-0, and UWO 8-1.

Results

The Blugolds (6-3 overall, 5-1 WIAC) were an impressive 17-1 on the weekend and went undefeated in doubles.  Alexa Brooks (So.—Beaver Dam, WI) went 2-0 at #5 singles for the Blugolds and went 2-0 with her partner Emma Barnd (So.—Wells, MN/ United South Central) who also went 2-0 at #6 singles for the Blugolds.

The Blugolds will compete in the WIAC tournament next weekend at the Nielsen Tennis Stadium in Madison, Wis.
