Whitewater, Wis. (Blugolds.com) - The UW-Eau Claire men's tennis team fell to nationally ranked No. 40 University of Wisconsin Whitewater 6-3 on Saturday April 22.
Results
After dropping all three doubles matches, three Blugolds earned singles victories. Daniel Schoen (Brookfield,Wis.) earned the first Blugold victory with a 6-1,6-4 win at No. 3 singles. Zach Janssen (Green Bay, Wis.) defeated Dechter (UWW) 6-4, 4-3 in the No. 4 singles match up, and Renan Barros (Brazil) earned a win at the No. 5 singles slot.
