MESA, AZ (Blugolds.com)- The UW-Eau Claire men's tennis team fell to Mesa Community College 8-1 Tuesday March 22.

Results

The lone Blugold victory was recorded by the doubles duo of Kyle Hoffmann (Sr. Franklin, Wis.) and Michael Mauthe (Jr. Neenah, Wis.) who defeated Wightman/Murukami 9-8.

Hoffmann and Muathe also had close matches in singles action falling and number 1 and 2 singles with scores 4-6, 6-3,6-2 and 5-7,6-3,6-4 respectively. 

The Blugolds will finish up their spring break trip in Arizona tomorrow as they take on Pima Community College and Arizona Christian.
