Dylan Graber enters his fifth season as an assistant volleyball coach in 2025 at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.

Dylan joined the Blugolds staff in the summer of 2021 and helped UW-Eau Claire capture the program’s first ever NCAA Division III National Championship. With a record of 35-3, the Blugolds captured the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) regular season and conference tournament titles. From there, the Blugolds faced a gauntlet of teams through the 2022 NCAA Division III Regional, hosted by the Blugolds. Victories over Greenville University, Gustavus Adolphus College, and Hope College at home earned them a spot in the NCAA Elite 8 down in St. Louis, MO.

In the NCAA Quarterfinals, UW-Eau Claire took down Tufts University 3-0 to continue their historic run. The semifinals matched UWEC with 2nd ranked Juniata College where the Blugolds fought back from a 2-1 deficit to punch their ticket into the finals with a 3-2 win. The NCAA Division III Championship showcased UW-Eau Claire and Calvin College in a battle for all the glory on Saturday evening at Washington University – St. Louis. The Blugolds historic run would be completed with a 3-0 sweep of the Knights to be crowned 2021 National Champions.

Graber’s playing experience was spread across the Midwest with stops in Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma. Before joining the Blugold staff, Dylan served as a Student Practice Player for the University of Nebraska – Lincoln in the summer of 2019. With stops at Kaizen Volleyball Club (Oklahoma, OK), Invasion Volleyball Club (Kansas City, MO), and Shockwave Volleyball Academy (Wichita, KS), Graber has over ten years of playing and coaching experience.

Dylan received an A.A with a focus in Business from Hutchinson Community College in December of 2020, and graduated from UW-Eau Claire in May of 2024 with a Bachelor of Liberal Studies & a focus on Intercollegiate Athletic Leadership.
