Biography

Arthur "Ole" Olson was inducted into the Blugold Hall of Fame in 1974.

Olson competed at UWEC from 1921 through 1924. Olson was captain of the 1922 football team which won a conference co-championship. Olson spent over 30 years as a teacher and coach in the Wisconsin public schools. He started his career at Neillsville, then after completing his fourth year of college at Carroll, went to Rice Lake for a number of years. He concluded his career at Wausau.
