Frank Wrigglesworth is a member of the Blugold Hall of Fame after being inducted in the Class of 1984. Wrigglesworth was a standout athlete during his days as a student at UW-Eau Claire, and went on to coach several different sports at the university. Most notably, he served as the head men's golf coach from 1975-97. He led the Blugold golf program to eight conference championships and 10 appearances in the NAIA and NCAA postseasons.
Wrigglesworth was also the Blugolds' head baseball coach from 1969-75, and also had an 11-year stint as an assistant football coach. He also served as an assistant coach for the men's basketball program for one season.
Wrigglesworth was inducted into the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Hall of Fame in 2012.
