EAU CLAIRE, Wis. – The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire women's tennis team earned a 7-0 victory over Bethany Lutheran College in conference action.
UW-Eau Claire secured the doubles point with wins across all three flights. At No. 1, Delaney Hanson and Beatriz Felchak earned a 6-4 victory, while Morgan Briggman and Kiera Schmid added a 6-1 win at No. 2. At No. 3, Taylor Presler and Lauren Kwapil picked up a win by walkover.
The Blugolds continued their strong play in singles, winning all six matches. Reese Burton led the way at No. 1 with a 7-6(4), 6-2 victory, while Aubrey Wittwer followed with a 6-0, 6-0 win at No. 2. At No. 3, Ana Paula Ricaurte earned a 6-1, 6-0 victory, and Stella Platt added a 6-3, 6-0 win at No. 4. At No. 5, Ava Pellegrino earned a win by walkover, and Marin Catencamp also picked up a win by walkover at No. 6.
