EAU CLAIRE, Wis. — The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire men's and women's swimming and diving teams swept a dual against St. Norbert College on Saturday at the McPhee Pool. The Blugold men prevailed 180-59 and the women won 193-48 on Senior Day.

"Today was about celebrating our seniors," Head Coach Annie Ryder said. "Something we say often as a team is you honor your teammates with your effort and today the team did just that. They raced and dove incredibly well and celebrated the seniors with their effort in the pool."

HOW IT HAPPENED

• Ben Keller (Sr. - Cedarburg, Wis.) won a pair of events individually to lead the Blugold men. He won the 200-yard individual medley and 500-yard freestyle, and was also part of the victorious 200-yard medley relay. Evan Bushko (So. - Gilbert, Ariz./Desert Vista) was part of two relay wins and also won the 100-yard butterfly.
• Blake Wallen (So. - Savage, Minn./Prior Lake) swept the men's diving events.
• Kiara Bissen (Sr. - Madison, Wis./Memorial) won two individual events and helped a relay unit win to power the Blugolds in the women's dual. She won the 50-yard freestyle and 100-yard freestyle, along with the 200-yard freestyle relay. Elaine Proefrock (Sr. - Grafton, Wis.) won both the 500-yard freestyle and the 1,000-yard freestyle.
• Sydney McGuine (Sr. - Huntley, Ill.) won the 100-yard backstroke along with the 200-yard medley relay and 200-yard freestyle relay.
• Abigail Voelker (Fr. - Waconia, Minn.) won the women's 100-yard butterfly and was part of the 200-yard medley relay. Molly Sheehan (Sr. - Austin, Minn.) won the 100-yard breaststroke and 200-yard freestyle relay. Grace Schnabl (Jr. - New Berlin, Wis./Brookfield Central) was part of the winning 200-yard medley relay and 200-yard freestyle relay.
• Several Blugolds won single events on both the men's and women's sides.
