Pioneers' big third quarter too much for Blugolds to overcome

EAU CLAIRE, Wis. — The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire women's basketball team couldn't overcome a lopsided third quarter in a 59-48 defeat against UW-Platteville on Wednesday at the Sonnentag Event Center.
