WHITEWATER, Wis. (www.blugolds.com) – The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire women's tennis team opened their season on Saturday at the Warhawk Invitational hosted by UW-Whitewater. The Blugolds scored 26 team points and finished 4^th out of eight teams.

The Blugolds will jump into Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) play on Saturday, September 7^th when they travel to UW-River Falls. First serves are scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. at the Ramer Field Tennis Courts.
