ELSAH, Ill. (Blugolds.com) – University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire's Darin Lau (Sr. – Eau Claire, WI/Immanuel Lutheran) won the 2017 NCAA Cross Country National Title on Saturday, while the Blugold squad placed seventh overall.

Results

Lau, who broke the school record last weekend at the regional meet, won the national championship with a time of 24:04.59.

Riley Huffman (Sr. - Oshkosh, WI/North) also had a strong race for Eau Claire, finishing 44^th with a time of 25:03.12.
