CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (Blugolds.com) – The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire women's volleyball team (25-7, 3-2 WIAC) continued their strong play with two more wins to finish the weekend at the Coe College Tournament on Saturday.

In Saturday's first match, the Blugolds defeated Buena Vista 3-0 (25-21, 25-20, 25-20) with Kelly Riesgraf (Sr.-Chaska, Minn./Chaska) leading the Blugolds with 12 kills followed by Keagan Kinsella (Jr.-Chanhassen, Minn./Chanhassen) with nine and Katrina Raskie (Jr.-Weston, Wis./D.C. Everest) with eight.

Jenna Smits (Sr. – Green Bay, Wis./Preble) recorded 40 assists, while Talia Jaskulske (So. – Maplewood, Minn./North St. Paul) tallied 12 digs.

In match two against tournament host, Coe College, the Blugolds earned another sweep (25-15, 25-20, 25-20).

Raskie led the Blugold attack, recording 10 kills with Riesgraf adding eight.

Smits dished out 34 assists along with tallying 11 digs and Jaskulske led the defense with 18 digs.

The Blugolds return to the road next weekend as they travel to the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater on Friday night and the University of Wisconsin-Platteville on Saturday.
