Konrath had served as an Assistant Athletic Trainer at Colorado State University since the fall of 2023. He also previously served as an Assistant Athletic Trainer at UW-Stout from 2021-22 and a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer at Utah State University from 2019-21.

Konrath is a native of Thiensville, Wisconsin. He completed his education at UW-Madison, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training and at Utah State University, earning a Master of Science, Kinesiology in Sport Medicine. Konrath is a NATABOC Certified Athletic Trainer and currently holds a Basic Life Support for Healthcare – American Heart Association and HIPPA licenses & certifications.
