Nikki Seibel enters her Second year as an assistant coach for UW-Eau Claire women's basketball in 2025-26.
Prior to UW-Eau Claire, Seibel was the head girls basketball coach at Bloomer High School for 10 seasons. She posted a 158-83 career record, guiding the Blackhawks to two Heart O' North Conference championships and the 2016-17 WIAAÂ Division 3 state tournament.
Seibel was a three-time all-conference basketball player at Bloomer and was part of the school's Division 3 state runner-up finish in 2000 as a freshman. She went on to play golf at Winona State University while earning an undergraduate degree in special education and teaching. She later earned a master's degree in school counseling and guidance services from UW-Stout.
