Clare Hohman enters her 11th year as UW-Eau Claire's Marketing and Promotions Director in 2024-25. Hohman coordinates sponsorships for Blugold Athletics, manages gameday promotions and assists in event management, among other duties in her role.
Hohman started in her current role in the spring of 2014, but has been at UW-Eau Claire for far longer. Hohman attended UW-Eau Claire as an undergraduate student and played on the Blugolds' softball and women's basketball teams in the late 1980s. She was an honorable mention all-conference selection on the basketball court in 1987-88 and received the Blugolds' Team Spirit Award that season.
Hohman graduated from UW-Eau Claire with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications and a minor in psychology in 1988. She went on to serve as an administrative assistant with the UW-Eau Claire volleyball team from 1988 to 2006. She was also Special Events Coordinator for UW-Eau Claire Recreation in 1993-94.
