Bryce Pelky enters his first year as UW-Eau Claire's Assistant Sports Information Director in 2026-27.
Pelky, a 2025 UW-La Crosse alum, stepped into the role after serving as an Athletic Communications Assistant for Winona State University in 2025-26.
During his time at Winona State, Pelky has worked with all 15 sports and was the primary media contact for Football, Men's Basketball, and Baseball. In his new role, he will assist in overseeing all the department’s marketing, media relations, and maintenance of the department’s website.
Pelky worked as a student worker for three years at UW-La Crosse in their media relations department (2022-25). He oversaw live stats for multiple home competitions, produced various creative content for social media, and assisted in the Media Relations office.
The Plover, Wis. native graduated from UW-La Crosse in the Spring of 2025 with a bachelor’s degree in Sport Management and a minor Business Administration. Pelky is currently working on his masters degree in Sport Leadership from Winona State University.
