Anna (Talbot) Willkom, or “Tal”, she played for the Blugolds from 2004-2007. While playing for the Blugolds, Talbot was tabbed WIAC Player of the Year, NSCAA All-American third team and NSCAA Scholar All-American first team. She was also a team captain and team MVP in 2007 when the team won their third consecutive conference regular season and tournament championship, advancing to the NCAA tournament for a third straight year. In 2008, she was honored to receive the Super Six Award. 

Talbot graduated from UW-Eau Claire with an undergraduate degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders and a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. She is now employed as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the Eau Claire Area School District. She married Bryan Willkom, who is also a UWEC alum, and together they have three children - Vincent, Fiona and Walter.
