Went 36-8 as a freshman, winning 20 times via fall...Won tournament titles at the Don Parker Memorial Open, Luther Open and the Yellowjacket Open, all at 184 pounds...Named WIAC Kwik Trip Athlete of the Week for February 3-9...Posted a 7-1 record in dual meets...Went 2-1 against ranked opponents...Had three technical falls and five major decisions....Named an NWCA Scholar All-American.

Wrestling: Went undefeated at 53-0 and won the MSHSL Class AA state championship at 189 pounds as a senior...Won the Junior Greco-Roman national championship at 190 pounds at U.S. Marine Corps Junior Nationals in 2024...Qualified for the MSHSL state championships all four years of high school.

Why did you choose UW-Eau Claire?
IÂ wanted to go to a place where my academics and athletics would flourish, preparing me for the rigorous road that lies ahead. I was drawn to Eau Claire by the opportunities it could give me, such as undergraduate research, quality education, and the ability to continue wrestling.
Why do you choose to play Division III?
IÂ chose to play Division III, for it allowed me to focus on my academics while continuing to compete in the sport I love. Division III has a good balance of academic, athletic, and social life that is hard to beat!
Who is your role model/mentor? Why are they important to you?
My parents are my role models. They have taught me the importance of integrity, hard work, and kindness. They are important to me, for they are always supporting and helping me achieve my goals - whether that be on the mat, in the classroom, or general everyday life.
