Chadwick enters his fourth year coaching at UW-Eau Claire in 2026-27.

In his first three years as javelin coach for UWEC he coached the women’s NCAA National Runner-up (Laura Bertrang 2025) and three conference titles (Laura Bertrang 2024) and men’s (Tommy Mestnik 2024 & 2025). While competing at UW-Eau Claire Chadwick was a two-time NCAA Indoor Championship qualifier in the heptathlon with a best place of 13th.
