Schroedl enters his fourth year coaching at UW-Eau Claire in 2026-27.

Schroedl guided numerous multi event athletes to the NCAA Championships including 11 All-American titles and two-time National Champion Mitch Stegeman. While competing at UW-Eau Claire Schroedl was a 6-time all-American including a national runner-up in the pole vault and heptathlon as well as 3 other 3rd place finishes. He has 6 PR’s that rank top 10 in UWEC history: Pole Vault 16’6.75”, High Jump 6’9”, Long Jump 22’9.75”, 174’10” Javelin, 5,183 Heptathlon, 7,154 Decathlon.
