Why did you choose Eau Claire?
Eau Claire stuck out to me first because of the location, not only is our campus very pretty, but it’s also the perfect mix and size for a city feel but country comfort. Second, UWEC had a major that interested me and lined up with all that I wanted!
Who is your role model/mentor? Why are they important to you?Â
First and foremost my role model is my mom as she is always putting others first and works harder than anyone else I know. Secondly as a world renowned athlete, Jessie Diggins inspires me to push myself to be ‘Brave Enough’ during competitions.
What is your pregame meal?
The night before I always love a good pasta party, race day however I like to keep my meals simple and easy with this year my go to’s being fruit snacks and the dark chocolate sea salt Kind bars.
What is your favorite move/show/tv series?
Our Planet or anything else narrated by David Attenborough!
Where is your favorite place to study on campus?Â
The 2nd floor in Phillips Hall where all of the plants are, the tables and chairs are the perfect proportion for me as I have longer legs and a shorter torso..
