Why did you choose UW-Eau Claire?
I chose UW-Eau Claire because of the phenomenal nursing program. It was important for me to find somewhere where I would be able to succeed academically, as well as on the field. Eau Claire has already provided me with many resources that have and will allow me to reach these goals.

Why do you choose to play Division III?

Division III gives me the perfect opportunity to succeed both academically and athletically. Having a strong focus on academics has always been important to me. Being able to have a good mix between academics and athletics allows me to be successful in all aspects of my life, as it is the perfect balance for students looking to compete at the next level while still having an emphasis on their education.

Who is your role model/mentor? Why are they important to you?

My parents have shown me support in everything I have done. My mom coached me in all three sports growing up and taught me everything I know about softball. She has sacrificed a lot for me to be where I am today, and I am so grateful for everything she has done. My dad has always been there when I needed a few extra swings or to play catch when no one else would. He has never failed to show up for me in anything I have needed and I would not be the player I am today without his constant support.
