Behnke enters her first year of coaching at UW-Eau Claire in 2026-27.
Behnke completed her athletic career as a Blugold in 2026 with school records in the discus (174’11”) and indoor weight throw (63’9”). Behnke was a 10-time All-American, a three-time Conference Champion, three-time USTFCCCCA All-Region, 5-time WIAC athlete of the week, the 2025-26 UWEC female athlete of the year, and two-time UWEC track & field MVP. In her senior year she had national finishes of 2nd in discus, 3rd in the weight throw and 4th in the hammer throw. Academically Behnke was a seven-time NCAA Academic All-American between indoor and outdoor, the NCAA Elite 88 award winner indoor 2026, and graduated a 4.0 GPA with a dual major of Computer Science and Mathematics.
